APPLICATION SPECIALIST

Job Description - Supporting several of our existing systems - Making modification to an ERP system.    These include creating and modifying new /existing functions and reports - Developing tailor-made systems - Writing system documents Requirements - Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines. - Minimum 3 years experience. - Sound experience in web and system development and implementation. - Knowledge in MS SQL, HTML, Java, JavaScript, VB.NET, ASP.NET, Delphi & Crystal Reports - Hard-working, self-motivated, result-oriented, good teamwork and able to work    under pressure. - Can work independently and be responsible. - Strong written and verbal communication in English & Chinese.   Good Japanese will be an added advantage. CUSTOMER SERVICE ENGINEER

Job Description - To handle trouble calls from users and provide assistance to recover I.T. network    & equipment   - Field Engineering Service for Customer   (Installation and maintenance of PC equipment and Network products)  - Support customers and sales enquiry - To monitor and manage the network equipment and server at the computer room Requirements - F.5 graduate or above, Certificate in Engineering or Computer Science   preferable but not essential - Fluent in spoken and written English/Putonghua (preferable Japanese) - Knowledge of computer's hardware and software is essential - Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills - Experience of field engineering service (preferable in Japanese environment)   *PC Software/Hardware for Windows   *Server for Windows NT, Windows  2000/2003, Linux environment   *LAN/WAN/INTERNET Networking and Router/Firewall/VPN implementation - Shift working (No over night shift needed) We offer attractive remuneration package and fringe benefits including annual leave, mandatory provident fund, medical insurance scheme, meal and transportation allowance, overtime payment, other specified allowances and education subsidies.
